Commissions must be requested through twitter dms (@venetiancovers)

I am allowed to use your commission for promotional use, unless said otherwise by commissioner

Commissions will not be taken until all of the assets have been completed (art, mix, background, etc.)

I won't accept rushed commissions

I will provide wips at 50% and 75% completion

For any additional minutes, above 30 seconds will be counted as the next minute, under 30 seconds will be counted as the previous minute e.g. 4:36 = 5 minutes, 3:19 = 3 minutes

All prices are in USD

Payment will be through Paypal only

I will begin a commission once I have received the full payment

If I have begun working on a commission, there will be no refund

A full refund can only be given if I have not started on the commission or if I am not able to finish the commission

Astra Animation videos have an estimated completion time of 1-3 weeks. Aurora Animation videos have an estimated completion time of 2-5 weeks. Celeste Animation videos have an estimated completion time of 3-7 weeks. Please tell me if you have a deadline!
